NovoFit products are covered under a one year manufacturer's defect warranty. If you have a product that is covered under warranty, please notify us right away regarding the product and problem. You will be given instructions on how to ship it back for review. This is not a license to willfully break products. Understand that abuse of the product is not covered and will void the warranty. Normal wear is to be expected and will not be covered also.

If you damage a carbon wheel and it needs to be replaced, contact us and we will be more than happy to offer a crash replacement cost for your specific wheel. This offer is valid for one year after the date of purchase. This offer also applies in the event that you crash and damage your frame. There is NO extra fee for this offer. IT IS FREE.
